This year, Röchling Engineering Plastics, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Polystone‭® ‬polyolefin‭ ‬materials, is planning to expand their Haren, Germany plant. They’re investing approximately 20M EUR for the project.

The new hall “22” will open Q2 2018, adding 5,000 m2 for technical services, training and electrical workshop, tool engineering, and a plant construction and warehouse. Additionally, hall “23” is expected to open near the end of the year, extending the companies production capabilities.

This wasn’t the beginning of their expansion plans. Since 2013, they have been upgrading machinery and expanding their production. By the end of 2018, they will have invested around 45M EUR in expansion and upgrade projects…and they’re not stopping there. Röchling plans to build a new development center to serve their Asian and American markets.

• Polystone: a leading manufacturer of Polystone‭® polyolefin materials
• Sustaplast: the largest manufacturer of Acetal stock and cast nylon shapes
• Machined Plastics: a complete nonmetallic materials fabrication facility that can produce 1-1000,000 pieces of fabricated parts.
