We’re packing our bags and getting ready to head off to Savannah, Georgia for the mid-May Leadership Summit put on by the International Association of Plastics Distribution (IAPD). This is one of those rare opportunities to spend two days with others in our field and talk about the plastics industry as well as the association itself.

This is a once-a-year event for us and it really gives the team at GS Sales a sense of commitment to what we do, the association we work with and the others in plastics. The social aspect of getting caught up with colleagues and sharing is equally as important as helping to drive the industry as a whole forward because plastic manufacturers are located all around the globe and learning about challenges and wins in different regions outside of the summit can lead to innovative decisions back at the office. Not to mention the sense of camaraderie many of us enjoy.

The Leadership Summit and the IAPD are just two of the reasons why we love being part of the plastics industry. We’ll see you there!
