Lasting Liners
Whether it’s a heavy duty pick-up truck, rail hopper or a dozer, one way to make hauling vehicles last longer is with a quality liner.
Rubber used to be the bedliner of choice, but the significant added weight and breakdown speed opened the market for new options like the drop-in and spray-on style liners. Steel has thought to be adequate in many cases with hopper-style equipment, but this often causes flow problems.
For heavy-duty, long term use, we recommend the Polystone Polymer liner from Roechling. This mechanically fastened liner (bolt-through or with weldable fasteners) is suitable for everything from mining to landscaping supply yards. The thermoplastic allows materials to glide easily out of equipment without scratching and compromising the vehicle’s surface thereby allowing for longer, efficient machine use.
Not only does Polystone inherit a low friction surface, it also has strong chemical resistance and the ability to manage high impact blows. It can handle loads like wood chips, coal, clay, peat, soap detergent and just about everything in between. It won’t break down like a rubber bedliner or scratch and deteriorate like exposed steel.
If your business includes heavy duty machinery that needs a liner to promote smooth removal of materials or to create longer vehicle life, ask us about Polystone liners.
